BATT AVENUE

Multi Units sites require good coordination of site levels and building floor levels to ensure drainage and foundation support are optimised. WrightBarrat were engaged to provide civil and structural documentation for the Multi Unit site at Batt Avenue.

Documents contained the services layout, drainage, detention design, earthworks, pavements, foundations and site levels. The development was conducted to combine multiple lots for the DHS.
